1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the batgee platform, including the website at batgee.com, all associated subdomains, and any related services, products, or content provided by batgee ("batgee", "we", "us", "our").

1.2 By registering an account on batgee, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you ("User", "you", "your") represent that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

1.3 These Terms apply in addition to, and should be read alongside, the batgee Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus terms, the more specific promotional terms shall govern for the relevant promotion only.

1.4 batgee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the batgee platform after the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the batgee platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. batgee does not permit minors to register accounts, access gambling products, or deposit funds under any circumstances. batgee may require proof of age at any time and will suspend or terminate accounts where the user cannot demonstrate eligibility.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. By registering, you represent that your access to and use of batgee is lawful under all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether your use of batgee is legal in your country, province, or territory of residence. batgee does not warrant that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one account on the batgee platform. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. batgee reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any associated balances or winnings.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.5 KYC Verification. batgee may require you to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and payment method verification. batgee may withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

2.6 Account Not Transferable. Your batgee account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or assigned to any third party. Any funds in the account belong to the registered account holder and may not be transferred to another user's batgee account.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your batgee login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.

3.2 You must notify batgee immediately via live chat or support email if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your password has been compromised, or that any unauthorised transactions have been made on your account.

3.3 All activity conducted through your account — including bets, deposits, and withdrawals — is your responsibility. batgee shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

3.4 batgee may, at its sole discretion, lock or suspend your account temporarily if unusual activity is detected, pending security review. batgee will notify you of such action and will cooperate to restore access once the security review is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. batgee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Debit Card, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available payment methods are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on batgee are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency or international payment methods. batgee is not responsible for exchange rate differences or conversion charges applied by your payment provider.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your batgee account at the time of deposit. These amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. batgee aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method. batgee reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. batgee applies a return-to-source policy where practical. Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

4.6 Inactive Account Fees. A monthly administrative fee may be applied to accounts that have been inactive (no login or transactional activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. batgee will notify the account holder by email before applying any inactivity fee.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the batgee sportsbook are subject to batgee's betting rules, which are available within the relevant market interface. A bet is not confirmed until accepted by the batgee system and a confirmation reference is issued.

5.2 Odds. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. batgee reserves the right to change odds before acceptance. Where odds change between the time of selection and the time of placement, you will be presented with the revised odds and given the opportunity to confirm or cancel.

5.3 Void Bets. batgee reserves the right to void bets where a market has been subject to technical error, manifest pricing error, or where event data has been incorrect at the time of settlement. Voided bets are returned to the account holder at stake value.

5.4 Settlement. Markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. Cricket results including PSL fixtures are settled on official Pakistan Cricket Board or ICC published results. Any dispute regarding settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the settlement date.

5.5 Live Betting. In-play markets carry additional risk of technical interruption. batgee reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Bets placed before a live market suspension are valid unless the underlying event is abandoned or the bet falls within a void condition.

6. Casino & Games

6.1 All casino games available on batgee Casino — including but not limited to live dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat, slots, and game-show format titles — are governed by these Terms and by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface.

6.2 All RNG (random number generator) based games on batgee use certified RNG systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and are not guarantees of return on any individual session or wager.

6.3 Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers. In the event of a technical disruption to a live dealer session — including disconnection, video feed failure, or dealing error — the round may be voided and stakes returned, or resolved using available data as determined by the studio operator.

6.4 It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate funds in your batgee account before placing any casino bet. batgee does not extend credit to users under any circumstances.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by batgee are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. These terms include but are not limited to: wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts on bonus winnings.

7.2 batgee reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Users who attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including through multiple accounts, bonus arbing, or collusion — will have their promotions voided, their accounts suspended, and any associated winnings forfeited.

7.3 Bonus funds and free bets are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred to another account. Unless explicitly stated in promotion-specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered in full before a withdrawal request may be processed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the batgee platform and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating more than one batgee account
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Money laundering, fraudulent deposits, or use of stolen payment credentials
• Bonus abuse including systematic exploitation of promotional terms
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing batgee staff or other platform users

8.2 batgee cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where illegal activity is suspected, batgee will report relevant account information and transaction data to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 batgee is committed to responsible gambling and provides tools to help users manage their gambling behaviour. These tools include deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options, all accessible from your batgee account dashboard.

9.2 Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously and are implemented promptly. A self-excluded user must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening new accounts or using another person's account.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the batgee platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and database content — is the proprietary property of batgee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the batgee platform without prior written permission from batgee.

10.3 The batgee name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of batgee. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use batgee's trademarks.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batgee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the batgee platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11.2 batgee does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and events outside batgee's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability. batgee shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits batgee's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11.4 batgee's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your batgee account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to Terms

12.1 batgee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, batgee will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or by a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect.

12.2 The current version of these Terms, with the effective date displayed at the top of this page, supersedes all prior versions. Your continued use of the batgee platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.3 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the batgee platform and may request account closure by contacting batgee support.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to batgee's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under laws applicable in your country of residence.

13.2 In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the batgee platform, you are encouraged to contact batgee's customer support team in the first instance to seek informal resolution. batgee will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

13.3 If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution process set out in batgee's support documentation. batgee's decision on betting disputes, once issued following the internal complaints process, is final.
